The name on our registration is Kuttur Good Meats Private Limited. We chose this spot in Kuttur P O because it’s right in the heart of the community. It’s a local operation, and we don't have a big corporate feel at all. Most of the time, we are just focused on the meat business and making sure everything is handled properly. It’s a straightforward job, though it can be tiring. We don't have a fancy marketing department or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We just work out of our space in the enclave and talk to our neighbors and the people who come by. Being near the village office means there is always someone around. It’s a nice place to be. We spend our days dealing with the practical side of things, like managing the stock and keeping the place clean. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is honest work.
