We’ve been here in Kuruvilassery for quite a while now, and most of our neighbors know us well. The building isn't anything fancy, just a solid place where we can store our herbs and do our work. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights. Most people just know where we are because they’ve lived here as long as we have. The work we do is pretty repetitive, but it’s important to us. We spend our days sorting, cleaning, and making sure everything is ready for use. Sometimes it gets a bit messy, especially when we have a lot of raw materials coming in at once, but we just clean up as we go. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who show up every morning and get to work. We don’t use any corporate talk or big words. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are long, especially in the heat, but we just keep the fans going and keep moving. We are proud to be part of the Mala Panchayath community. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and we are quite happy keeping it that way without making things complicated. We just focus on the herbs and the daily tasks at hand.
