Kumargroup

Our office is set up at Ammanath House in the P.O. Edakulam area of Irinjalakuda. This isn't your typical city workplace because it is right here in Trichur. Around here, everyone knows everyone else, which makes it a very local kind of spot. Kumargroup has been part of this community for a long time. Working out of a house keeps the atmosphere relaxed and more personal than a big corporate building. You can hear the birds and the occasional tractor outside since there are trees everywhere. We don't have fancy boardroom tables or high-tech furniture. Instead, we use what is available and just get on with our daily tasks. Most of our staff grew up in this neighborhood, so we don't feel the need to act overly professional. We speak the local language and often share our lunches while we work. Having the post office nearby is convenient for the letters and documents we send out. People often drop by just to say hello or to ask us a quick question about something. There are no complicated rules or a big corporate ladder here. We just focus on working together to keep things moving. Life in Trichur has a slower pace, and we are perfectly fine with that. Each day we just take things as they come. It is busy enough with community requests, but we still find time to sit on the porch before the afternoon heat sets in.
