Our office for KSA Build-Materials Private Limited is on the ground floor of the Kakkassery Building. The address is 4/235 in Kizhoor, which is in Kunnamkulam. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop in. We handle all sorts of building materials. It's a busy place with people coming in to talk about their construction projects. Kunnamkulam is a lively town and Kizhoor is a good part of it to be in. We have been in the Kakkassery Building for a while. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR person. It’s just us behind the counter. The floor is concrete and we have some samples lying around. We spend our days checking orders and talking to drivers. It gets a bit dusty with all the materials moving around, but we don't mind. We try to keep the paperwork in order but sometimes it piles up on the desk. We are just local folks working in the building trade. If you’re passing through Kunnamkulam, you’ll see where we are. It’s a straightforward business.
