K.P. Namboodiris Ayurvedics

Our place is at No. 15 in KPN's Shopping Complex on Shornur Road. It’s right near the Thiruvambady Post Office, which makes it easy for people to find us even if they aren't from this part of town. Shornur Road is always moving, lots of cars and people going about their business at all hours. K.P. Namboodiris Ayurvedics has been around in different ways for a long time, but this spot is where we handle a lot of the day-to-day things. The complex itself is quite familiar to everyone living here. We have a lot of different Ayurvedic items tucked away on the shelves for various needs. It’s not just a business for us; it’s more like a tradition that’s been passed down. We see a lot of regulars who’ve been coming to us for years and years. They usually stop by after picking up their mail or doing some other errands nearby. The air inside always smells a bit like herbs and oils, which I’ve grown to really like over time. We don't have any of those loud posters or flashy lights. We just keep the lights on and the door open for whoever needs us. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the mid-afternoon, so we take that time to reorganize the back room and check our lists. My uncle used to say that if you take care of the products, they take care of the people. We just follow that.
