Our office is located at No. 15 in the KPN Complex on Shornur Road. If you’ve spent any time in this part of town, you probably know the building. It’s a sturdy place and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. We deal with Ayurvedic products, so there is usually a certain smell in the air around our storage area—sort of earthy and herbal. It’s not a shiny new showroom. It’s a working space where we keep track of stock and handle orders. The shelves are usually full, and there is always someone moving boxes around or checking labels. Shornur Road can get quite noisy with all the buses and bikes, but we’re used to it by now. The KPN Complex has a few other businesses too, so there is a constant flow of people coming and going. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a coffee machine. Usually, you’ll just find one of us behind the counter or working at a desk piled with papers. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office design. We just want to make sure the right bottles get into the right boxes. It’s a steady routine of counting inventory and talking to suppliers. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood spot even though we are on a busy road. It is just how we work.
