We are set up through Jees Lazar at this location. It is a fairly quiet spot for a media and IT business, which we actually prefer. We don't have a giant tech park or a massive office building. It is just our workspace here in Akash Homes. We go by Kl Koncepts Lab and we focus on IT and media projects. We have been at this address for a while and it suits us just fine. Swadeshi Lane 3 is a nice little street and the neighbors are all friendly. We don't really go in for any of that corporate jargon or marketing fluff. We are just a small team of people working on computers and media equipment. We don't have a big reception area or any fancy stuff like that. We just have our desks and our projects. Kattungachira is a good location because it is away from the main noise of the city but still easy enough to get to. We are a private limited company, but we run things in a very informal and simple way. We just show up, do our work, and head home. There is no big mystery to it. We just like what we do and we like doing it from this quiet lane.
