Our office for Kayani Builders & Developers Private Limited is situated at Cheeran House in Fathima Nagar. This is in the Mission Quarters area of Thrissur. It’s a pretty well-known residential neighborhood, so it feels very much like a community-based business. We aren't tucked away in a high-rise; we are right here in a house. This makes it easy for people to just drop by and have a chat about their building plans. We have been working in the Thrissur area for years now. Being builders and developers means we see a project from the very start when it's just a plot of land until the keys are handed over. It’s a long process and involves a lot of different people like masons, electricians, and carpenters. We spend most of our time coordinating all these moving parts. The office at Cheeran House is where we do the planning, but our real work happens on the streets of Thrissur. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, and we’ve been a small part of that growth. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just local builders who know how to get a house put together correctly. We value the relationships we have with the families we build for. It is a steady, practical kind of job and we are happy to be doing it here in our own neighborhood.
