We don't have a big corporate office in a city; we work from a house where we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. It is a quiet life in the village, surrounded by trees and the usual Kerala landscape. Our work involves a lot of traveling to different sites, but Pullayil House is where all the planning and the boring paperwork happens. We don’t have a marketing department to write nice things about us. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and manage projects. Most of our neighbors know what we do, and we often hire people from the local area to help us out. It’s an honest way to run a business. We deal with the daily challenges of rural infrastructure and local supplies. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local construction company from Thrissur, doing our best to get things finished properly while staying true to where we come from.
