Down here in Thrissur, Kerala, we run things a bit differently. Our address is linked to K.T. Rajan’s place, and people in the area usually know where that is. We are Kap India Projects & Constructions P Ltd, and we work out of this corner of Kerala with a pin code of 680 590. It is a green, quiet area compared to the big cities, and we like the peace it gives us to focus on our projects. We are basically a small setup where everyone knows each other. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR firm. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks or talking to contractors on the phone. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we take the construction side of things seriously. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the materials arrive on time at the various sites. We deal with the rain during monsoon and the humidity the rest of the year, just like everyone else here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some computers and files. Most of our clients are people from around here who heard about us through word of mouth. That’s how business is done in this part of Thrissur, and we are happy to keep it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the building work done as promised without making any unnecessary noise about how we operate.
