Kalath Associates

Kalath Associates is located out on Guruvayur Road. If you know where the Kairali Ford Showroom is, we are right near that. It’s a good landmark because everyone seems to know the showroom. We are tucked into the Green Field Housing Colony. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to the main road, which can get noisy with all the trucks and cars passing by. Our office is in the Ayyantholi post office area. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. It’s just a small team of us working out of this space. We don’t have any big signs or anything like that. Just a regular door in a regular colony. Most of the people around here are neighbors who’ve lived here for years. We usually get in around nine and head out by the evening. The colony has some nice trees which makes the walk from the showroom a bit better when the sun is out. It feels more like a community than a business district. We like being in Ayyantholi because it’s easy to get to but far enough from the city chaos. There’s not much else to say really. We are just here doing our work every day and trying to stay productive without making too much of a fuss about it. That’s just how it goes at Kalath Associates. Everything is pretty straightforward around our office.
