Down here in Aripalam, things move a bit slower than in Thrissur town. We are located at VIII/86 in Padiyoor. It’s a quiet area, mostly green with lots of coconut trees around. Our dairy business is a basic operation. We get the milk in, handle the processing, and try to get it out as fresh as we can. Being a dairy, our day starts before the sun is even up. The trucks arrive early and there’s always a rush to get things chilled and sorted. It’s hard work and the floor is usually wet, but that’s just how a dairy is. We don’t have a big fancy staff, just local folks from Padiyoor and nearby. Most of us have grown up around farms, so we know how it goes. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a plain structure that fits our equipment. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising. People around here know we exist because they see our vans every morning. It gets quite loud with the machinery running, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the milk and the curd, keeping things simple. If you ever find yourself in this part of Thrissur, you’ll see us right there on the main stretch of Aripalam. It’s a straightforward business run by people who just want to get the job done and go home at the end of the day.
