KADATHANADU NIDHI LIMITED

We are based in the Aswathy building, which is number VI/416 over in Vishnumangalam. It’s right in the Kallachi area of Vadakara. Most of the people around here just know us as the local Nidhi office. The official name is KADATHANADU NIDHI LIMITED. Our office isn't very large, just a few rooms where we keep our records and meet with people. Vadakara is a busy place, but Kallachi has its own pace. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of all the small savings and loans that come through. We don't use any of those high-tech systems that the big banks use. We prefer doing things the old-fashioned way because it feels more reliable for us and the folks who live nearby. There is usually a bit of a wait if you come on a Monday morning because everyone seems to have something to do then. We try to be quick but sometimes the paperwork just takes time. The building itself is just a standard local structure, nothing that stands out too much from the street. If you are walking through Vishnumangalam, you will see our sign eventually. We have been part of this community for a while now, and we like it this way. No fancy talk, just sitting at the desks and getting the work done day by day. It suits us and the people who come here.
