Jsm Traders and Developers is basically a small team handling two different sides of the business. We trade in materials and also get involved in developing properties. It keeps us on our toes because one day we are talking to suppliers and the next we are looking at a plot of land that needs clearing. The weather in Thrissur can be a bit unpredictable, so we are always checking the skies before starting any outdoor work. Our building in Pattalapadi is a straightforward place where we get the real work done. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and some chairs. We deal with local workers and try to make sure things move along as they should. Sometimes there are hiccups with the supply chain or the labor, but we just talk it through and find a way.
