Jeevanfinlife Nidhi Limited is basically run out of the Kalathilhouse on Palace Road. If you are in Kunnamkulam, you probably know where that is. We are over at 7/245-1 and 7/245-2, care of KP Kumaran. It’s a busy part of Thrissur, but we like it here. We handle a lot of local accounts and people stop by all the time. It’s not a corporate office with suits; it’s more like a place where you can sit down and have a glass of water while we sort out your papers. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. Palace Road always has something going on, so there is plenty of energy around us. We handle the Nidhi side of things, which mostly means we help neighbors save and borrow among themselves. It is a system that works because everyone knows everyone else. We don’t spend money on big signs or ads. Word of mouth is usually how people find us. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once, but we manage. We keep our records tidy and make sure we follow the rules. It’s just us doing our jobs and helping the folks around Kunnamkulam manage their finances. We’re plain-spoken people and we appreciate it when our customers are the same way.
