Intelcare Nidhi Limited. You can find us at Door No. Xll/299 in Changarath House. We are in the Pangarappilly part of Chelakkara, Thrissur. It’s a decent-sized house that we use for our Nidhi office. We spend most of our time at the desks dealing with the savings accounts and local loan requests. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a big city bank. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a marble lobby. It’s just a regular house with some office furniture shoved in. The walls are lined with files because we still keep a lot of physical records. Pangarappilly is a quiet spot, and we like it that way. Most of the people who come in are farmers or small shop owners from around Chelakkara. We know their stories and why they need the money. Sometimes the dog from the next house over comes and sits by the door. We have a small staff, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to counting the cash. The fans hum all day long. We try to keep things simple because that's what people here understand and trust. It’s about being accessible. If someone has a problem, they just come in and we talk it over across the desk. We’ve got a small parking space out front for a couple of bikes. It’s not much, but it’s where we do our business every day. We close up around six.
