Inland Properties And Developers

Our office is called 'Rajasree' and you can find us at T.C 16/ 1591 in the Jagathy area of Trivandrum. It feels more like a house than a stiff office building, which we actually prefer for Inland Properties And Developers. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, with lots of trees and people walking to the local shops. We spend our days looking at land maps and talking to people about where they might want to live or build their future homes. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities and checking on property boundaries. Sometimes we sit on the veranda to have our lunch when the weather is nice. Trivandrum is beautiful, but the humidity can make the paperwork stick together if we aren't careful. We don't use big billboards or loud ads to get attention. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. The office has a few old wooden desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. There’s always a calendar on the wall with local festival dates marked off so we know when the markets will be closed. We don't hurry through things; we like to take the time to understand what someone is looking for. It’s just how we do things here in Jagathy. It’s a simple life, focused on land and buildings and the local people who need them.
