We operate ILLATH PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED out of the Puzhankaraillath House in Kadungadu. You’ll find us in the Pariyaram area of Chalakudy, which is part of Thrissur district. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even though we are a private limited company. Shahul Hameed P A is who you’ll usually find managing things at the office. We don't have a big glass building in the city center. We prefer being here in Chalakudy where things are a bit more grounded. Our work involves various projects across the local area. We don't have a massive team, just a few reliable people who have been with us for a while. Usually, the mornings are for site visits and the afternoons are for sorting out the supplies and the billing. It’s straightforward work. We don't go in for big promises or fancy talk. If someone needs help with a project, we see what we can do and give them a straight answer. Living and working in Thrissur means we know the local rules and the right people to talk to for getting things done. It’s a quiet life but the work keeps us active. Most of our business comes from people we already know or neighbors who have seen our work. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the paperwork while keeping the sites moving.
