We've been working out of the first floor of Kadambatt Towers in Kombodinjamakkal for a while now. Thazhekkad is a quiet spot in Thrissur, and that's where IDL Home Developers Private Limited gets things done. It’s a small office at XIV/127. People around here know where to find us if they need to talk about building stuff. We don't have fancy signs or a huge lobby. Just a desk and some plans. Most days we are out at sites, but the office in Thrissur is the home base. It’s easy to find once you get to the towers. We handle the paperwork and meetings right here. Kerala weather can be tricky for building, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some of our staff have lived in Thiruvananthapuram or Kochi, but they like it here in Thrissur. It's more grounded. If you come by, you might see us drinking tea and looking over some blueprints. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the traffic near the towers gets a bit heavy, but it’s usually alright. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to. Building homes is mostly about staying on top of the small details, and that’s what we spend our hours doing. No big speeches, just work.
