We’ve been around Thrissur for a while now. Most people know us from the Friends Avenue area. It’s just a small team here at Himariya Builders & Realtors Pvt. Ltd. We deal with houses and land. It gets busy sometimes, especially with all the paperwork involved in real estate. Kerala has its own way of doing things, and we just try to keep up with the local rules. Sometimes the weather makes building hard, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy firm from the city. Just local folks working. Our office is easy to find if you're nearby. We spend a lot of time on sites checking how things are going. Sometimes things take longer than we want, but that’s just how it goes with construction. We handle both the building part and the selling part. It’s a lot of work for a few people. We see a lot of families looking for their first home. It’s nice to help out when we can. We've seen Thrissur change quite a bit over the years. New shops and roads keep popping up everywhere. We just keep doing what we do, day by day. If you see us around Friends Avenue, that's where we're based. It’s a decent place to work from. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us in the office handling calls and meeting people. It is a simple life and we like it.
