Guruvayur Builders And Developers Private Limited is run out of Thachappilly House. That’s in Ward No. IV/388 in the Kundaliyur area. We’ve been here for a while now. Most of our work is around the local neighborhood and the nearby towns. We do the basic building and development work that keeps a place growing. It’s not fancy. The office is basically just a room in the house where we keep the ledgers and the site plans. When people need a wall built or a small house put up, they usually just come by or send word through someone else. We don't have a website or a marketing team. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. Being in Kundaliyur, we know the local ground and what kind of foundations work best here. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with workers and suppliers every day. Sometimes things go slow because of the weather or transport issues, but we get there in the end. It’s a family-type atmosphere here. We aren't some big city corporation with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us making sure the jobs are done right. We like being in Thachappilly House; it keeps us close to the work. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just take it one project at a time and keep our heads down.
