We are located at Kuzhikkattil House in Sakthi Nagar. It’s in the Kodakara area of Thrissur, under the Manakulangara P.O. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays pretty quiet most of the time. Freshplate Foods and Beverages is the name we use. We are a small team and we work out of this house. It’s not a big corporate building or a factory. We handle all our food and drink projects right from here. It started small and just grew over the years into a real business. Kodakara is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to other parts of the district. We don’t have any marketing experts or a sales department. We just do the work ourselves. Sometimes the days are very long and we have to work through the weekends to get everything done. We aren't trying to be a massive brand. We just want to provide good products to the people who buy from us. We know our neighbors and they often see us busy with deliveries or preparations. It’s a very down-to-earth way of doing things. We don't use any fancy language or make big promises. We just focus on what we’re making each day. We’ve stayed in this house because it’s where we feel at home. It’s a simple, local business and we plan to keep it that way.
