We are located at Emke Mansion, No 1, in Nattika Post. This is over in the Chavakkad area of Thrissur. Our full name is Fas Properties Private Limited. If you’re in Kerala, specifically in Thrissur, you might know the Nattika area. Emke Mansion is where we set up our office. It’s a solid building and it serves us well. We aren’t one of those companies with a bunch of fancy slogans or a polished corporate image. We are just people working in an office. Chavakkad has its own vibe, and we’ve become part of it over time. The 680566 pin code is home for us during work hours. We usually start early and stay until the work is finished. It’s not always exciting, honestly. A lot of it is just paperwork and phone calls. The office itself is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the job done.
