Our office is basically a house that we’ve set up for the business. Thrissur is a place with a lot of history and food culture, so being here makes sense for what we do. The street outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but inside it’s just a normal workspace. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone visits, they usually just knock on the door and we come out to meet them. It’s a very local way of doing things. We handle our daily tasks from this spot in Kerala. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of orders or paperwork to sort through. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the neighbors and the local shops.
