Excel Impex

We are based out of the Excel Tower, which is located at 138/B in the Puranattukara area. It is a fairly easy spot to recognize in this part of town, mostly because it's one of the taller buildings around, though it isn't exactly a skyscraper. We handle a lot of import and export tasks, focusing mainly on different types of tools and general hardware items. Our office space is usually stacked high with cardboard boxes and various product samples that we are in the middle of checking out. Puranattukara is a nice, quiet place to work compared to the big cities, but it is still very well connected for shipping. We have a lot of items coming in and going out every week, so there is a fair amount of paperwork that needs to be handled every single day. Most of the staff here are from the local area, so we all know the neighborhood and the people around here quite well. We don't really bother with big speeches or any of that corporate talk. We just look at the products, have our chats with the suppliers, and make sure everything gets shipped out to the right place. Sometimes the heavy monsoon rains make the logistics a bit slow, but we just keep things moving as best as we can. It is a straightforward business and we like the steady pace. Most days are just spent on the phone or checking the latest arrivals in the warehouse.
