It’s a traditional house that we use as our main office. It has a lot of character, much more than those glass buildings you see in Kochi or Bangalore. We manage several different things from here. It’s a family-oriented atmosphere. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we all know each other’s families and stories. The office is often full of people coming in to discuss various business matters. We have large wooden tables and old filing cabinets that are bursting with papers. It’s not always the quietest place, especially when we are all discussing a new project. We are right in the heart of Kuttur, so we are part of the local community. We don't really bother with marketing or trying to sound important. People in Trichur know who we are and what we do. It’s a steady pace of work. We handle our daily tasks, have our tea breaks, and talk about the local news. We’ve seen the area grow and change, but we like keeping our office in this old house. It’s comfortable and it’s where we feel at home. We just keep things moving forward, one day at a time.
