We are over here in Thrissur, specifically at Cheerath House. It is a quiet spot in Nelluvai Post. We’ve been running things for a while now. Most people know us through the website, eliteindia.com, but the real work happens right here in Kerala. It’s a bit of a trek to get to us if you aren’t from around here, but the post office is nearby so we never miss our mail. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. The weather gets pretty humid, so the fan is always on high speed. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us trying to keep up with the work. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a headache, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a solid one that does what it says. Our address is easy to find if you ask the locals for the Cheerath family place. We keep our files in old metal cabinets and there's usually a stray cat hanging around the porch. It’s a basic setup, really. We don't do big meetings or have a receptionist in a suit. We just open the doors in the morning and get to it. It’s homey and a bit messy, but it works for us.
