Edamuttam Nidhi Limited

Edamuttam Nidhi Limited is located at Door No Xi/688 in the Poovamparambil Buildings. We are right in Edamuttom, which is part of Thrissur district. The building is easy to find, and we’ve been here long enough that most people know where we are. Our office is on the ground level, so it’s easy for everyone to just walk in. We don’t have much in the way of decorations. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few cupboards for the files. We handle things like recurring deposits and small loans for the people living nearby. It’s the kind of work where you have to be very careful with details. We spend a lot of time writing in the ledgers and making sure the cash box is exactly right. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but the ceiling fans keep us going. We know most of our members by their first names. It’s not like those big banks where you are just a number. Here, we know who you are and what you need. We don’t try to sell anyone anything they don't want. We just provide the service and keep the records straight. It is a practical way to run a business. We stay open until the evening so folks can stop by after they finish their own work. It works out well for everyone. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work.
