Draftman

We operate out of Poochamkunnath House. It’s located in Mookkuthala, which is in the Malappuram district of Kerala. This is where we do all our Draftman work. It’s a very quiet area, surrounded by the greenery that Kerala is known for. Our office is basically part of the house. We don't have a separate commercial building or anything like that. It keeps things simple and the costs low. Living and working in Malappuram is nice because it’s peaceful. We have a couple of big tables for our drawings and a computer for the more modern stuff. The light in the mornings is really good for our work. We don't have any big slogans or "about us" pages usually. People just come to the house when they need some drafting done. We’ve lived here a long time and the community is very tight-knit. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat while we are working. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. Most of the time we are just in casual clothes, working on whatever project is on the desk. The Poochamkunnath House has been in the family, and it’s where we feel most comfortable. We don't need a fancy office in the city to do good work. We just need our tools and a bit of quiet. It’s a modest way of doing business, and it suits us just fine.
