Doormate Automations

We’ve been at the Adnan Building for a while now. It’s on the first floor, right on Varadiyam Road. Most days we are busy with motors and gate sensors. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic downstairs, but we’ve gotten used to it. Amala Nagar is a decent place to work from. We handle all kinds of automatic door stuff. Sometimes things break and we have to figure out why. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather is bad and we have to be outside testing a gate. We keep a small office here at Doormate Automations. Most of the time it’s just us talking about schedules and parts we need to order. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Just a place where we get things done. People come in from Door No. 4/36 to ask about fixing their garage doors or office entrances. We try to keep things moving. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure things open and close like they are supposed to. Some days are longer than others. We drink a lot of tea and look at wiring diagrams. If you are near the Amala Nagar post office, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s a local business and we just do what we do. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just focus on the automation hardware. We keep a lot of tools on the shelves and there’s always a project on the bench.
