You can find Dhanyatha Builders & Developers over at Kandamkulathy House in Chandakunnu. We’re in the Kombara area of Irinjalakuda, right here in Thrissur. It’s more of a home-grown business than anything else. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way, mostly focusing on building houses for families around town. The office is really just a room in the house where we keep all the files and meet with people. It’s informal. People usually drop by for a chat and a coffee before we even start talking about building anything. We don’t have a website with lots of photos or a team of salespeople. We just rely on the work we’ve already done in the neighborhood. If a house looks good, people ask who built it, and they end up at our door. Building in Thrissur has its own set of challenges with the weather and getting the right labor, but we’ve been doing it long enough to handle the hiccups. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Kerala. We just want to make sure that when we hand over the keys, the family is happy and the roof doesn't leak. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We like the personal touch of working from Chandakunnu. It means we are always close to the projects and the people we are building for. We aren't corporate people, just builders who care about the homes we put up.
