You can find us on the first floor of the Grand Plaza on Guruvayoor Road. Kanjani is a nice area, and being at 490-L puts us right in the middle of things. I like being on the first floor because you can see the street clearly but it is a bit quieter than being right on the ground. Most days start with dusting the desks and getting the systems ready. We get a lot of people coming in from Thrissur who are just passing through or living nearby. It is a lot of manual work, honestly. Writing things down in registers, checking IDs, and making sure the math is right. The office is pretty basic. We have some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but that is just how it is here. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just us who show up every day to help people with their small savings. Sometimes we talk about the local news or what is happening down the road while we work. It is a comfortable enough place. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It is just a standard office where we deal with the community's financial bits. We focus on the ledgers and the people who walk through the door. It is not a fancy life, but it is steady work and we like the people we meet.
