Daya General Hospital & Specialty Surgical Centre

You can find us over on Shoranur Road, right near the Viyyur Bridge. It is a busy area, especially with all the cars and bikes heading across the bridge throughout the day. Daya General Hospital & Specialty Surgical Centre has been at this location for a while now. Having the surgical centre here means there is always something happening, whether it is early in the morning or late at night. The building itself is pretty easy to spot when you are coming down Shoranur Road. We do not really go in for fancy decorations or big signs. It is more about the work that happens inside the rooms. People come here when they have stuff that needs fixing, especially surgical things. The staff is mostly local folks who know the area well. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is prepped and the equipment is where it belongs. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic from the bridge, but inside we try to keep things as orderly as we can. It is a practical place, not really meant for lounging around. We just handle the cases as they come in and try to keep the schedules on track. Being near Viyyur Bridge makes us a landmark for some people, which helps when giving directions. We just show up, do our shifts, and go home like everyone else in this part of town. It is a lot of hard work.
