Dadabhai Construction W.L.L.

Our office for Dadabhai Construction W.L.L. is basically run out of Vallooran House. We are located in the Nalukettu Post area, which is near Koratty in Kerala. Anto Paul is usually the one managing the main bits of the paperwork here. It’s a very green area, like most of this part of the state, so the surroundings are quite peaceful compared to the big building sites. We have a lot of tools and plans lying around most of the time. Construction is a messy business, so we try to keep the house office organized, though it doesn't always stay that way. People from the village stop by quite often to talk about local projects or just to say hello. We don’t have a formal corporate setup with suits or big boardrooms. It’s more about sitting around a table and figuring out how much cement or steel we need for the next job. The humidity can be a bit much in the afternoons, so we usually take a break when it’s hottest. Working in Kerala means you have to plan around the monsoon rains, which can stop everything for days at a time. We just take things as they come. It’s a small team and we’ve known each other for years. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local crew getting the work done. If you visit, you’ll likely get a cup of coffee and see a lot of blueprints spread out on the table.
