CRANGANOOR CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located in the Plaza Complex right at South Nada in Kodungallur. It’s a busy part of Thrissur, especially with the temple nearby and the traffic. We occupy doors 17/260 and 261. It’s a regular space, nothing too flashy or modern. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and getting the registers ready for the day ahead. There are always people coming in and out, asking about their chit funds or just checking on their accounts to see where they stand. It can get a bit noisy when the market outside is in full swing. We have some old desks and chairs that have been around for a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on keeping the records straight and helping people. Managing chits takes a lot of attention to detail, so we spend a lot of time looking at ledger books and computer screens. It’s a local operation, and we know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just carry on with our work. It’s just how things are here in this part of town. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We're just a group of people working in a building in Kerala, trying to keep things organized for the local community. It’s hard work but we are used to it by now.
