Copasa Projects Private Limited

You can find us at Thirukulam House in Kattoor. We use part of the house as the main office for Copasa Projects. It’s in the Ponjanam P O area of Thrissur. Since we’re in a house, it’s got a very different feel than an office block or a skyscraper. There’s usually someone around, even after hours, which makes it feel more personal. We handle project management from here. Thrissur is a busy place, but Kattoor is a bit more relaxed than the city center. We like it that way. The office has all the usual stuff—filing cabinets, a couple of printers that jam too often, and plenty of pens that never seem to work when you need them. We don’t put on airs here. If you come by, you’re likely to get a glass of water and a seat at the wooden table where we go over the blueprints together. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even though we’re a private limited company. We’ve been at 680702 for a long time. The house has seen a lot of projects come and go over the years. We deal with all sorts of project work, keeping track of everything from this one spot. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear the local traffic, but it’s home. It’s just how we do things in Thrissur. We keep it simple and practical.
