CHEMMANNUR NIDHI LIMITED is based right on M.G. Road in Thrissur. We are in the Ambika Arcade, specifically on the ground floor at TC-36/33/29. Being on M.G. Road means there is always something going on outside our door. It is one of the busier parts of the city, so the 680001 area is usually humming with people and vehicles. Our office in Ambika Arcade is a convenient spot for us. Since we are on the ground floor, people can just step inside from the sidewalk. It is a bit of a small space, but we have managed to fit everything we need into it. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy lighting. It is just a plain, working office where we keep track of things. We have been in this part of Thrissur for a while, and the location helps us stay connected to the local pulse. The morning starts with opening the shutters and sweeping the front bit of the floor. Then we get to the mail and the phone calls. It is a lot of paperwork, but we are used to the routine by now. We don't try to act like a big corporate bank; we are just a local Nidhi office on a busy street. If you are walking down M.G. Road, you’ll probably pass right by us. We are just there doing our daily tasks and keeping the records straight. It can get a bit loud with the buses, but it's home.
