Our base is over in Palayoor South, near the Chavakkad post office area. We have been involved in local building projects for some time now. It’s mostly about managing sites and making sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. We spend a lot of time out in the sun or at the office dealing with plans and permits. It is not an easy job, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or the laborers are short-handed. We just try to keep things moving. People in the area know us from the various houses or structures we have worked on. We don't use big words or fancy ads. It is just about brick and mortar and getting walls up straight. Our office is a bit messy with blueprints and samples of tiles or paint. That is just how it is in this business. We talk to people about what they want to build and we try to figure out how to make it work within their budget. Sometimes things go slow, sometimes they go fast. We are just local builders who know this part of Chavakkad well. You might see us driving around to different sites during the day. It’s a lot of physical work and planning, but we are used to it by now. Just doing our part in the neighborhood. We usually have a few bags of cement sitting in the corner.
