Cakologist Llp

Our workshop is at Koothur House on Mahatma Gandhi Road in Kunnamkulam. We are at building number 67/3 in the Kaniyampal area. This part of Thrissur is always moving. There are cars and people everywhere outside our door. Cakologist is what we do. We spend all our time making cakes and other baked things. It’s a very hands-on job. We aren't sitting at desks all day. We are usually covered in flour or checking the ovens. The building is an old one but it works well for us. It’s got enough space for our equipment and a place to pack everything up. We don’t have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people who like to bake. Sometimes the heat from the ovens makes the place quite warm, but we just deal with it. We know the other folks on MG Road. It’s a good community and we help each other out. We don’t do any big fancy marketing. People find us because they smell the baking or they see our small sign. We try to keep things as simple as possible. No big missions or long-term strategies. We just bake for the day and then we go home. It’s hard work and the hours can be very long during festival seasons. But it’s our business and we are proud of what we do.
