Our place is over in Thrissur, in a spot called Vadakkekad. Specifically, we are at Valiyil House, which is house number 311 in the 4/287 block. It is a quiet enough area in Kowkanapetty where we handle our development work. Birds Valley Developers Llp is basically run from here. It is not like those big glass offices you see in the city. We have a regular setup in the house where we look over plans and talk about the different sites we are working on. Thrissur is a big place but staying out here in Vadakkekad suits us just fine. We have the 679562 pincode area as our base. Usually, the day starts early with coffee and checking what needs to be done. We deal with land and building stuff mostly. People stop by sometimes just to ask questions about local plots. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the work we do. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we try to get the outdoor stuff done before noon if we can. Being a local developer means you know the neighbors and the land pretty well. We have been operating from this address for some time now. It is home and work all mixed together for us. We just keep our heads down and try to do things the right way without making a big fuss about it. We have got a lot of trees around the house which keeps the place a bit cooler during the summer months. It is just a regular neighborhood.
