Balaaraati Constructions Private Limited

Balaaraati Constructions Private Limited has its main office at Iv/357, in a place called 'Anagha'. It is in Moorkanikkara, which is near the Kozhukully Post in Thrissur. We have been in this part of Kerala for quite some time. It is a family-run kind of business. We do not have a big shiny office in the city. Instead, we work from here and go out to various building sites nearby. Construction is hard work. You have to deal with the heat and the heavy rain we get in Thrissur. We handle everything ourselves. We do not have any marketing team writing stuff for us. We just build houses and other small buildings. Most of the people around Moorkanikkara know us by now. We have seen the area change over the years, with new roads and more people moving in. Sometimes we have a lot of workers and sometimes it is just a few of us. We just take it day by day. We try to be fair with everyone we work with. Building a house is a big deal for people, so we understand that. It is a lot of physical labor and coordinating with suppliers for sand and cement. It gets tiring but it is what we do. We just keep at it from our little spot near the Kozhukully Post. We are just regular builders doing our work and trying to make ends meet.
