Bakepert Foods Private Limited

Out here in Padoor, specifically at Madthiparambil House, you’ll find us busy with the baking work. Bakepert Foods isn't some huge factory you see on TV. We operate from house number 525, which keeps things feeling very local and grounded. Thrissur is a good place to be for food stuff because people really care about what they eat here. We spend our mornings getting everything ready and the smell of the kitchen usually starts to fill the area pretty early. It's a simple setup. We don't have a team of hundreds, just a few people who know their way around the equipment. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes things damp, but we just keep at it. Working from a house like this means we see our neighbors every day and they see us. It’s not like those industrial parks where everything is cold and grey. We have our regulars and we know the delivery guys by their first names. Most of our day is spent checking the batches and making sure the packaging is done right. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us through word of mouth in the Thrissur area. That’s how we like it, really. No fuss, just plenty of food to get out the door.
