You can find us on the first floor of the Prestige Building on Kuruppam Road. It’s a busy street with a lot of foot traffic. We’ve been operating from this office for quite a while now. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working together in a few rooms. We handle various trading and business tasks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We still use a lot of paper and have files stacked on the shelves. It’s not a shiny, modern space, but it’s comfortable for us. We know the other shopkeepers on the road and often stop to chat when we’re out getting tea. Our work is mostly about coordinating things and making sure our clients get what they asked for. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls. We just try to be helpful and get the details right. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We like being in the center of things. It makes it easier for people to reach us without having to go too far out of their way. We’ve built up our reputation just by being consistent and showing up every day. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it suits us just fine. We just take each day as it comes and do our best.
