Ramesh Ram Exim Pvt. Ltd. operates out of S-18 in Alukkas Castle. It’s a decent building, and we’ve set up our office to handle all the import and export tasks that come our way. Most of the time, the place is full of the sound of people talking on the phone or the hum of the computers. We handle a lot of different goods, so you never really know what the next shipment will be. It’s interesting to see the variety. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re pretty much right in the middle of where the work happens. We keep the paperwork in tall filing cabinets that are starting to get a bit full. The team here has been together for a while, so we get along well and know how to help each other out when things get busy. Alukkas Castle is a well-known spot, which makes it easier for the delivery drivers to find us. We spend a good chunk of the afternoon sorting out the logistics and making sure everything is ready for the next day. It’s a lot of routine, but every now and then a weird problem pops up that we have to fix. We don't use big words or try to sound like we're something we're not. We just run a trade business from a small office and try to keep everything moving along smoothly. It's about getting the boxes out.
