Aynikkals Buildesign

Aynikkals Buildesign is on the second floor of the City Centre building. We are right at Swaraj Round in Thrissur, near the Axis Bank. It’s a very central spot, so there’s always something happening outside. We do both building and design work here. The office is where we spend our time drawing up plans before we go out to the actual sites. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good space once you’re inside. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish. We’re just a team that enjoys the process of putting a house together from scratch. Sometimes the designs take longer than expected because we want to make sure the measurements are right. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just draw it, and then we build it. Thrissur is a great place for construction because people here really care about how their homes look. We try to keep up with that. Sometimes we run into issues with old buildings or tight spaces in the city, but we usually find a way through. If you’re around the Round West area, you can stop in and see us. We’re usually there during normal hours, unless we’re all out at a site. It’s just a normal business doing normal work for local people. There is no magic to it, just keeping a close eye on the details.
