Our office is located at 31, 5th Cross Street in R.V. Nagar, which is part of Anna Nagar East. It’s a relatively quiet street compared to the main roads, which is nice for us. We work with medical systems, meaning we handle a lot of the equipment that clinics and small hospitals need to keep running. It’s not just boxes of stuff; there’s a lot of technical work involved in making sure everything is calibrated right. The office is usually a mix of desks and some of the smaller machines we’re testing or fixing. We aren't some big faceless corporation with a lobby full of plants. We’re just a group of people who know how these machines work and try to help the doctors who use them. Sometimes it gets stressful when a piece of gear breaks down and someone needs it fixed immediately, but we do what we can. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting sites, but the R.V. Nagar office is our home base. It’s where we keep the spare parts and the technical manuals. We don't use much fancy language because we’d rather just talk about the specs and the repairs. It’s a niche business, but we’ve been at it for years and have built up a decent rhythm in the neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time here.
