Atrium Constructions Private Limited is pretty much run out of Pallayi House. We are located in Perinjanam, which is a quiet enough place in the 680686 area. It's not one of those big corporate setups you find in the middle of a city. We just have our office here at the house. Most of the time, we are out on sites looking at bricks and cement, but this is where the paperwork happens. Being a local construction firm means we know the neighborhood well. People around here know the Pallayi family name too. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a big sales team. It’s mostly just us talking to neighbors and friends who need work done on their property. Building a house is a big deal for anyone, and we understand that because we live right here too. The weather can be a bit of a pain for construction, especially during the monsoon months, but we've learned to work around it over the years. We started this because we liked building things. It’s a simple life in Perinjanam. We just want to do a decent job so we can look our neighbors in the eye when we see them at the store. There's no secret to it, just showing up and getting the walls up straight. We stay busy enough without needing to be flashy about it. We are just local builders through and through.
