Al Suwayed Developers (India) Private Limited is based right here in Kunnamkulam. You can find our office on Pattambi Road in the Parempadam area. We operate out of the Al Suwayed Building, specifically at Door No. CP/543/A1. It is a busy spot, but we like being where the action is. Most of us are locals who know every corner of this town. We spend our mornings looking over plans and making sure things are moving along as they should. It is not always easy, especially with the heavy rains we get or when supplies get delayed at the check post, but we just deal with it. The office is a simple place where we keep all our records and meet with people. We do not go for anything too flashy or corporate because that is just not who we are. It is just about getting the work done and making sure everything is handled properly. If you are driving down towards Pattambi, you will likely pass right by us. We have seen a lot of growth in Kunnamkulam lately, and it is interesting to be part of that change. Some days are long, and the paperwork can pile up on the desks, but that is just how this business goes. We do not try to be anything we are not.
