Zednem Steels (P) Ltd. is over here in Kochi, right at 26/49B in Kannankulangara. Most people just know it as the area near Tripunpura and the Kochi Palace. It’s a busy spot. We spend most of our days dealing with steel, obviously, and there’s always someone coming in or out with some paperwork. The office isn't anything special, just a place to get things done. We’ve got the regular desks and the usual noise from the yard where the metal is kept. It gets pretty hot here in Kerala, so we try to stay cool when we can, but mostly we are just moving things along. You’ll see the sign when you come down the road near the palace area. We have been here for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s just us doing our thing with the steel every day. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Tripunpura is a mess, but we manage. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. It’s just a practical place. We keep the gates open and the phones are usually ringing with people asking about prices or deliveries. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local scene here. If you are looking for the steel yard, we are just tucked in that spot by the landmark. It isn't always pretty but it's where we work and we like it just fine.
