Royal Engineering

You can find us at A4 in Pukkattupady. It’s a small place, nothing too grand. Royal Engineering is basically a workshop where we take on whatever mechanical or fabrication jobs come our way. Pukkattupady is a decent area to work in, it’s got its own pace. Some days are slow and we just clean the tools or organize the scrap metal out back. Other days, everyone is working flat out to finish a project. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Usually, if you show up, you’ll find one of us under a machine or standing at a bench. We’ve been at this for a while, so the locals know where to find us when something breaks or they need a custom part made. The roof leaks a little when it rains really hard, but we just move the gear out of the way. We use simple English here because we’re not looking to impress anyone with big words. We just want the work to be right. It’s a lot of manual labor, some welding, and a bit of grease. That’s the reality of a small engineering shop. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s a simple life and it works for us. We spend our lunch breaks sitting by the door watching the traffic go by. It is just a normal shop.
